FAQ and Other Important Information:

  • How long will it take for my item to ship?
    • I try to get all orders prepared on Tuesday each week and dropped at the post office on Wednesday each week. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days of being shipped. International shipping may take 6-10 days.
  • Can I get a different photo than the one pictured with my item?
    • Yes. If you have a favorite photo from that item’s photoset you may request it in the note section of the order. Photo requests from an entirely different set will not be accepted. If no note is sent, the photo pictured is what you will receive.
  • What photo do I get with the “autographed photo” purchase?
    • A random photo of my choosing will be sent with this purchase. If there is a specific photo you would like, you may request it in the note section of the order. Photos must be from photosets currently on NikkiSims.com
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Yes. You can cancel your order as long as your payment has not yet been received.
  • Can I get my item(s) worn prior to shipping?
    • No. All items are shipped properly laundered. No exceptions.
  • The item(s) I want do(es) not have a photo option, can I still get one?
    • No. If an item does not have a photo option it is due to one of the following:  1) It wasn’t used in a photoset, just personally worn by me. 2) The item is from a very early set where I did not find a photo I liked enough to offer it as an option or I do not have access to the photos. 3) The item may have been worn in a video or cam show, however I am not going to scan videos for screen grabs.
  • If an item does not have a photo, how do I know it is yours or was worn by you?
    • I personally guarantee that all items being sold are mine and have been used or worn by me. The photo used to show the item was taken by me and is proof that the item is in my possession. If my word is not enough I apologize and suggest purchasing an item that does have a photo option.
  • Do you ship discretely?
    • The return address on the shipping label currently states “Shop Nikki’s Closet”, and all items are shipped in USPS packaging.
  • Can I get a new custom photoset of you in the item(s) I purchase if I pay more?
    • With my current life/work/shoot schedule, shooting a custom set is not an option at this time.
  • Can I purchase or reserve an item that is not yet on Shop Nikki’s Closet?
    • No. The items that are on SNC are the items I currently have available. I have a lot of items to go through so the item you are waiting for may be available soon. If you would like to know if I still have an item you may email me to inquire about it, I have sold many items through auctions over the years so I can’t make any promises.
  • Can I purchase or reserve an item or photo directly from you?
    • No. To be fair to all of my fans all sales must go through SNC.
  • Can I get my autograph photo personalized?
    • Yes. You may request your photo to be personalized in the note section of the order form. If there is no note, photos will come autographed with the name on the order and my signature only.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • These items have been worn and as such they may contain signs of wear. This includes but is not limited to: stains, tears, rips, fraying, discoloration, scuffs, missing embellishments, etc.
  • If you end up placing more than one order before I prepare and ship the first, you may be partially refunded for the duplicate shipping. This depends on the size/number of items you purchase, if all items fit into one box, and what my total shipping cost ends up being.
  • Shipping prices through USPS have increased significantly and I have had to raise my prices to reflect that, particularly on international purchases. If you are purchasing an item and live outside of the United States please understand that the shipping charges you incur are an estimate of what it costs me to ship via USPS Priority Mail. Currently, international shipping is $40 to $90 depending on the size and weight of the package and it’s destination country.
  • All sales are final, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • I reserve the right to deny your autographed photo option request or customization request.
